Without a Constitution to establish the framework
for laws, rules, procedures, regulations and
guidelines, no substantial organization will function
productively for long.
Without laws, rules, procedures, regulations, and
guidelines organizations fail to operate
efficiently. Trust is diminished. Internal friction
builds and dilutes individual efforts into
unproductive efforts including security, excessive
dealing, and broken agreements. External friction
erodes cooperative efforts at productivity. This
concept applies to the guys' Tuesday night poker
club, the largest corporation, and to all nations.
To verify this, look at the USA, the USSR, France,
and South American and African nations to observe
the results of various amounts of law and order an
how productivity is impacted.
Without individuals' commitment to live by and obey
established and agreed upon laws, society will break
down. People lose trust in each other and their
government. Individuals fail to care about what they
do or how well they perform on their jobs.
Productivity is diluted and spent upon fighting
friction and eroding other groups' efforts.
Americans must establish
law and procedure to ensure thorough vetting of
future pretenders to American power. All candidates must be vetted and certified by an
independent, impartial organization using
standardized procedures before being nominated to
run for the highest office in the land.
Specifically, each candidate must be certified to be
a US citizen and
pass the same security clearance
required of the president.
The vetting and
certification
responsibility is too critical to implicitly
leave for a biased, obsessed, complicit, self-absorbed
mainstream media gone mad. |

The United States of
America has never in its history been subjected
internally to such a dangerous
socialist who openly admits his plan to redistribute
the American people's earned incomes. Americans'
goodness and trusting nature allowed this potential
change to be visited upon themselves. The United
States of America will survive and recover.
Throughout history forces of malevolence and
destructive change are eventually
defeated by forces of wisdom and reason. Americans must establish
laws to prevent another dangerous
socialist -- or worse -- from ever seeping into the
powers that Americans have fought for, earned,
organized, and established through centuries of
work. The next malevolent force may be more
dangerous as this one that now aims to usurp all that
is America and American. The potential must be prevented by law
and procedure from
ever being allowed to perpetrate itself within the American spirit.
